Q: What are the accepted payment methods?
A: All purchases happen through app stores where the user submit the financial information. We do not ask for any financial data!
On the app stores (Apple or Google) you can use cards, bank, phone bill, vouchers, and other methods.
Q: Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with the class?
A: Yes, you can make a refund request on the app store.
Q: When I’ll be charged for a live class?
A: Every Trainee will be charged after 5 minutes of watching if the program is not purchased prior to the session.
Q: Do you keep a transaction history for all my payments?
A: We only keep a history of your in-app purchases and Woo Credits spending. About the payments to app store, it's good to check their interface.
Q: How do I pay my class entry fee?
A: Every Trainee is automatically charged after 5 minutes of watching the training.
The payment may happen only if you have enough Woo Credits in your account. If there are not enough credits, you will be advised to choose a pack of credits to continue your training.
Q: What happens if I missed a class from my studio?
A: Nothing happens, there is no additional effect on your account.
Q: Can I get an invoice for a payment to WooBody?
A: All payments for WooBody payments come with a receipt from Google Pay or Apple Pay. You can use the document for your accounting as an expense
Q: Why are the 'Watch and Instruct' classes more expensive?
A: The price class depends on Trainer’s entry fee, and the type of interaction between Trainees and Trainers. The Watch & Instruct class requires each Trainer to observe how the class is performing, and during the process the Trainer may instruct each Trainee individually.
That’s the reason to see such a difference in class pricing.
Q: If I’m a Trainee in a program, do you reserve my spot or I need to join the class every time?
A: There is no option to reserve a spot for the next class. If the class is ‘Watch & Instruct', there is a limited number of Trainees. If there is no free spot for Watch & Instruct training, you can join the class for ‘Watch Only’.
When you join the class, you’ll see the exact option that you can choose from.
Q: If I join a certain Pilates class from a program, do I need to complete the entire program?
A: No, it is not required to complete the entire program. Also, you won’t be charged for all other classes from this program if you do not join each class.
However, it’s good to participate in all classes from your program to achieve maximum effect from your training.
Q: I can't hear the trainer, how to fix the problem?
A: You can check your phone settings and the sound volume. Every trainer is required to have an active audio and video streaming, so that the issue could be with your device.
If you continue having such a problem, please contact us if we can help with something.
Q: I can't see the trainer during the class? What should I do?
A: If you can’t see the Trainer on your screen, please report a technical problem. We’ll take a look at the problem. There is a small icon on the screen for ‘Report a Problem’.
The best practice is to close and reopen the app, then Resume the session.
Q: What kind of training accessories do I need to have?
A: All classes require the basic training equipment as mat, ring, ball. Usually, only the mat is required, but every class may have different prerequisite recommendations according to the type of training.
Q: Can I join classes of different instructors?
A: You can join an unlimited number of classes and trainers. Sometimes one trainer may not have all the necessary exercises for your needs, so that switching between trainers is possible.
Q: May I leave the class during the training?
A: Yes, you can leave the class at any time. First 5 minutes of each class are free, and you can leave the class for free during that time.
After the free 5-minute period, if you leave the class you’ll be charged for watching the trainer.
Q: How to unfollow a trainer?
A: You can unfollow a Trainer from his/her public profile page. Just uncheck the follow button and you no longer get updates from this Trainer.
Q: How to follow a trainer?
A: You can follow a Trainer from his/her profile page. There is a button to follow the Trainer and all his/her next classes.
Also, by following a Trainer you may receive a special offer from this Trainer.
Q: How to add a class to my studio?
A: There are many ways to add a class to ‘My Studio’.
The first one is to join a class and complete the training. Then, it’s part of your Studio and you can continue training all classes from the entire program.
The other option is to add manually the class, which can happen on the Class Page.
Q: What’s the price per class?
A: The price per class varies as it depends on Trainer’s decision what the fees will be. There are different prices for Watch Only (WO), and Watch & Get Instructed (WI). WI classes have a higher price because the trainer will take a look at your performance to guide you in the training process.
Q: How often should I do remote sessions?
A: It depends on your needs, health condition, and daily schedule. It’s a personal decision that you can make based on your personal needs, budget, and free time.
Q: How to join a class?
A: To join a class, you need only to select an available class and open the class page. Then, you can see a button ‘Join Class’ and participate in the training.
Q: Which type of class to choose?
A: Every type of class is dedicated to a specific need, experience, and free time. The best way to find the right class for you is to use the intuitive search form which will help you filter the classes for your needs.
Q: Do I need to join every class of my trainer?
A: There is no such a need. The Pilates training platform of WooBody is designed to deliver a flexible solution to every Trainee. You’re not limited to one trainer, one program, or one time-frame.
Q: Can I only watch a class type 'Watch & Instruct'?
A: Yes, you can join any Watch & Instruct class for ‘Watch Only’. Upon click on Join class button just select the option ‘Watch Only’.
Q: Can I join a class with my family?
A: Each Trainee account at WooBody is associated with 1 device only. If you choose ‘Watch Only’ you can watch the class with other family members. For a class ‘Watch & Instruct’ it is not possible for more than one person to watch the training, because such a class is dedicated to individual training only (with individual instructions).
Q: Do I pay for a class that I missed?
A: No, if you miss a class, you don’t pay for it.
The WooBody payment structure is Pay-Per-View or Pay-As-You-Go. You pay only for classes that you watch. There are options to pay for Single Entry or purchase the entire course.
Q: Can I watch/replay a missed class?
A: There is no such an option to replay a Pilates class. Even the Class History doesn’t include videos from previous classes.
However, you can contact your Trainer and ask for a similar class with relevant exercises.
Q: How to submit my feedback about a class?
A: You can submit your feedback and rating when the class is completed. Once, the training is done, you will see a screen with an option to rate and submit a feedback.
You can use this screen to share your experience with your trainer and other Pilates trainees.
Q: Is it possible for a trainer to instruct me during the training?
A: Yes, it is possible to get instructed during the class. It's available for class types ‘Watch & Instruct’.
Q: May I open an account without having a trainer or invitation code?
A: Yes, you can create a Trainee account without having a trainer and without an invitation. Just skip the pages with that information, and complete your profile.
Q: How to add a profile picture for my account?
A: You can add a profile picture for your account from the Account Details section. At the bottom of this screen you can tap on ‘Profile Picture’, and add an image by your choice.
Q: How to change my profile picture?
A: You can change your profile picture at any time from your Dashboard.
Q: Why do I need to provide my address?
A: This information is required to verify the data for each payment. If the information doesn’t match your account, we need to ensure that each payment comes from the cardholder and not someone else.
Q: Do I need to submit my phone number?
A: It is not required.
Q: Is it free to join WooBody as a trainee?
A: Yes, it's free to join WooBody. There is no need for any payment to create an account and join the Pilates platform.
To create an account, you can use a name, email, and a password (to secure your access). No other information is required to sign up.
Q: Can I use WooBody outside of my home?
A: Yes, you can use WooBody wherever you are. The only thing is to have enough battery and a good Internet connection (mobile data or Wi-Fi).
One of the main features of WooBody is to enjoy the flexibility to do Pilates at any place.
Q: Do I receive a notification before my class?
A: You can receive a notification if you have subscribed to a Pilates class or follow a Trainer. The messages come to your email and on your mobile device (if notifications are allowed for WooBody).
