Q: How to report an abusive behaviour by a trainee?
A: Every WooBody can report an abusive behaviour using the button 'Report Abusive Behaviour' available on the Class player during the training.
Q: What are the available payment methods for withdrawals?
A: You can make a withdrawal using your PayPal account, Revolut, Upwork, Bank account. Please, keep in mind that any payment account has to be under your name. It's not allowed to request a transfer to someone else's payment account.

Q: How to make a withdrawal of my earnings?
A: All payments are processed every 10th day of the month, or by request. It is an automatic process where you don't need to do anything (if there is a correct withdrawal method added).
Q: Do you allow SEPA bank transfers?
A: Yes, we do. You can submit your SEPA bank details to receive your earnings.
Q: What's the WooBody's commission structure for Trainers?
A: Currently, we don't get any commission from trainers' earnings.
Q: Is it possible for a trainee to ask for a refund?
A: Yes, there are several situations under which the Trainee can ask for a refund. In most cases, they are for a missing Trainer, poor class connection (low-quality streaming), Trainer abuse, and some others. All refund requests go through the WooBody Resolution centre before approval.
Q: How much can I earn from each class?
A: There is no maximum on your earnings per class. However, some options have an impact on the maximum amount. They are Type of Class Interaction and a Maximum number of participants. These settings are available for Watch & Instruct classes only.
Q: Do I need to be registered as a legal entity (company)?
A: It is not required to have a company account to make a withdrawal. It can be an individual account under your name.
Q: Do I have statistics about my earnings?
A: Every Trainer has full details about the revenue stream during his/her activity. There is an option to check the Earnings for a particular period by month and year.
Q: What's the minimum threshold to request a withdrawal?
A: There is a minimum of 10 Woo Credits, but the payment is Upwork or Revolut there is no such a threshold.
Q: How to send a message to a trainee?
A: Trainers can not send a direct message to Trainees. They can only reply to messages. If you have a message from a Trainee, you can respond using the Message Centre in your account.
Q: How to reply to feedback from my class?
A: All messages from the WooBody classes go to your Message Centre, available from the app Dashboard under the section ‘Messages’. All replies will appear in class information.
Q: What's the minimum allow price per class?
A: The minimum price depends on the type of class, and does it include trainee instructions. For Watch Only, the minimum price per Trainee is 0.1 Woo Credit. For Watch & Instruct the minimum price per Trainee is 1 W.
Q: What the maximum number of participants per class?
A: The maximum number of trainees per class depends on class duration and its type. For Watch Only classes, there is no maximum number of users. For Watch & Instruct the trainer can have up to 15 Trainees per class with a Watch & Instruct pass. All other Trainees for Watch & Instruct can join the class to Watch Only the training.
Q: What are the trainer requirements open an instructor account?
A: You need to be a certified Pilates trainer. From a technical perspective, you need a mobile device with iOS (iPhone, iPad, etc.) or Android (Samsung, HTC, Nokia, Lenovo, etc.) and active mobile data or Wi-Fi Internet connection with good speed (at least 20Mbps).
The mobile device should have a camera with at least an 8MP front camera and a working speaker. You can test your device upon registration and check it is good enough.
Also, it is required to submit all the necessary information during the registration process.
Q: What’s the best image size for my class?
A: Every image should be at least 400px width and 400px height. The best image size is about 800x800px, but you can crop each image during the upload.
Please, keep in mind that the maximum size per image is 10MB. The app will not upload all photos above 10MB to your gallery or profile.
Q: What types of live classes I can run?
A: Every certified trainer can run all types of classes with all the available options like program or a single class (one-time training). Each class has specifications like required prerequisite, time of the day, class purpose, duration, etc.
Q: What happens if there are no trainees in my class?
A: If there are no trainees in a class during the first 5 minutes, you can leave the class without any liability for that.
Q: How to delete a class?
A: You can not delete a class. All classes are associated with Trainers, Trainees, Payments, Ratings, etc. Once the class is ended, it goes to the section ''History'' of ''My Studio''.

Q: Can I end the class earlier?
A: If a Trainer ends the class 5-10 minutes earlier, all Trainees will get a 100% refund, and the Trainer won’t earn from this class.
It is not recommended to end a class earlier. It is better to provide some more useful information if there are no other exercises for this class.
Q: What are the interaction types during a class?
A: There are two types of interactions with your Trainees – Watch Only and Watch & Instruct. The only difference between them is that with Watch & Instruct, you can guide your Trainees during the training.
The feature reflects the class settings and, more specifically, the class price per entry and the maximum number of trainees per class.

A: You can change the profile picture following the steps below:
Q: How to create an invitation code?
A: The invitation code, also known as coupon code, is part of your account settings. You can create a new code by following the steps:
a/ Log in to your account at Earn.WooBody.com using the trainer login credentials;
b/ Click on ‘New Code’.
c/ Add a unique name.
Please, keep in mind that updating your Invitation Code we’ll remove your previous code, and all links associated with it, we’ll no longer work.
Every invitation code is unique, and it's assigned to a Trainer.
Q: How to edit my Public Trainer Profile?
A: To edit your trainer profile, you can use a link from your Trainer dashboard at the WooBody mobile app. When you click on the link, you will see the profile page and the Edit button on the top right of your public profile.
Changing any of the details happens through a step by step process which includes all the profile screens and your public information.
Q: How to create a trainer account?
A: Each certified trainer can open a free account at WooBody. This can happen through the WooBody mobile app, using the specific registration form for trainers under the button “Create Instructor Account”.
To complete the profile it is required to submit all the information during the signup wizard.
Q: How to send a message to a trainee?
A: Trainers can't send direct messages to Trainees. They can only reply to messages and class feedback.
Q: How to reply to feedback from my class?
A: You can use the Message Centre to respond to all of your Trainees' messages. For each message, you will receive an in-app notification.
Q: How to report abusive behavior by a trainee?
A: During the class streaming, there is a button for report Abuse. Upon click and confirmation, we'll receive the report, and you won't see the Trainee any longer during the current class.
Q: What to do if a trainee can't hear my instructions?
A: If you have such a problem, you need to report the problem as a Technical issue. You can do that during the class using the 'Report a Technical Problem' button.
Q: What to do if I can't see a trainee that pays for Watch & Instruct?
A: During a 'Watch & Instruct' class, you have the option to talk to Trainees and guide them through the training process. If you can't see the Trainee, maybe there is a technical issue with the Trainee's device.
In this case, you need first to talk to the Trainee (if you can solve the problem) and then to submit a report about a technical issue (using the button Report a Technical Problem).
Q: What happens if I can't connect to WooBody during the class?
A: If you can't connect to WooBody for your next class, the Trainees we'll see that you're not online, and they can leave the class.
Q: Is it possible to make a private class for a 1:1 session?
A: Yes, It's possible to run 1:1 private classes on WooBody.
Q: What types of classes can I run?
A: You can runlive classes for beginners, intermediate, and experienced users. For each class, you may add required prerequisites such as mat, ball, ring, etc.
During the class submission, you can select the purpose of each class. You can choose from Back pain, Flexibility, Good Shape, Neck Pain, Relaxation, Weight loss.
The major difference between the available class types is the training method. It can be Watch Only or Watch & Get Instructed. The second one requires the trainer to watch and instruct the Trainees during the class.
Q: How many classes can I launch?
A: There is no limit to the number of classes per trainer. The only requirement is to be able to run a class always on time.
Q: What are the technical requirements to run a class?
A: The Trainer needs a mobile device with at least an 8MP front camera, a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi is recommended), enough battery, and a mobile devices with at least 3GB RAM.
It is recommended to keep the device static during the training.
Q: How to start a class?
A: To start a class, you need to have an approved account. Then, from the app dashboard, you can tap on 'Add a Class' and submit the necessary information to have a class.
If you’re willing to Start a Scheduled class, just open ‘My Studio’ and choose the class you want to start.
Q: What happens if my trainer account is not approved?
A: If a trainer account is not approved to run Pilates classes, he/she will receive further information about that and what's the reason. In most, the trainer may meet the requirements later (if it requires a personal photo, more details, a certificate, etc.).
Q: How long does it take to get my trainer account approved?
A: Upon registration, each trainer account is under review. Our team provides an answer within 24 hours with the status of your application. If the certification is officially recognized and the trainer has filled all the fields, everything is fine to move on with starting your first class.
Q: What type of information do I need to provide for my trainer profile?
A: To have a complete Trainer profile, you need to submit the following information:
