The Remote Process

Real-time sessions remotely are based on video meetings or watching streaming.

It is fully mobile, and users don't need to use any specialized devices or tech.

  1. The trainer is streaming from a phone or tablet.
  2. Users join on mobile from their devices.

The program's structure

The structured way is much better when it comes to well-being, exercises, and practices.

Pre-class:

  • get ready about 5 minutes before the start time.
  • prepare yourself if any pre-requisite is required.
  • adjust your device to get a better position.

Start Class:

  • enter the session and wait for your coach.
  • welcome the trainer when he/she enters.
  • the trainer makes a brief introduction

Actual session:

  • the process starts, and you can interact.
  • ask questions during the practice (if any).
  • listen to the coach and follow instructions.
  • enjoy the process and stay focused.
  • if you don't feel comfortable, talk to the coach.

Pre-end:

  • there is a notification 1 minute before its end.
  • listen to the coach's outro.

Post-end:

  • you can send your questions to the trainer.
  • leave a rating and review about this session.
  • check when the next session starts.
